The members can offer files for mobiles and files to download for sale. The maximum number of files to sell and the commissions (in money) depend on the membership. The file price (in points) is freely fixed between a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The owner chooses the title (unique in the database) and the description. Currently, the sell of files is reserved for the Executive members, on demand with the admin.
The files can be bought by the members and by the non members. Most of files types can be previewed before purchase (music, ringtone, sound effect, logo, clipart and video for example). Some types cannot be previewed before purchase (java game for example): one must buy them with caution or one must contact the admin in case of problem.
The listening (preview) of a MP3 file is limited to 30 seconds whereas the listening of an other format file is not limited.
In preview, the compressed images (extensions GIF, JPEG or JPG, PNG) are watermarked with the "Preview" text. Before the purchase of those images, it is possible to add lines of text, to change the background color, to add a border or to change the image size.
Many software are available for creating your own audio files (ringtone or electronic music for example) or your own images files.
The files can be bought via a WAP Push (the mobile must support and authorize WAP Push) or directly via WAP from a mobile. The file validity duration (WAP Push) is 7 days.
The commercial resale of purchased files for mobiles and files to download is forbidden.
A file for mobile or a file to download is owned by the member who offered it for sale. At any time, this member can modify its description or delete it. If a member leaves the service without deleting his files, he transfers implicitly the ownership of the files to WhmSoft Services.
It is absolutely forbidden to offer for sale the files for mobiles which don't respect the Copyright.
The files, the titles and the descriptions must respect the following rules:
- No incitement to hate, to discrimination or to violence.
- No pornography.
WhmSoft Services may modify the title or the description or may delete the files which don't respect these rules.

With your referral URL, you get one level on commission under you (direct referral).

For Free members, the initial free points cannot be used to send SMS via a gateway, but the free affiliate points can be used.

It is necessary to give a mobile number and the wireless provider domain name, or a complete email address.
For SMS and MMS, the mobile phone must support the SMTP (email) protocol or the recipients wireless providers must support messages services from Internet using the SMTP protocol.
More than 200 worldwide domain names are accessible when creating the recipients data.
Please, contact your recipients providers to get the required information if necessary.

An import file can be used if there are many recipients.

>> Jobs:
The user jobs are submitted with a single click and are taken into account every hour (a system cron job is started every hour).
The SMS and WAP Push sent via a gateway are taken into account immediately if they are not delayed.
With big lists, in case of interruption, the reprises are automatically done every hour.
Image, video, text, audio and presentation files can be used for MMS or as Emails attachments.
Binary files can be used as Emails attachments.
For MMS and Emails with attachments, it is possible to preview the attached files (text, html and images, audio and video if an appropriate player is installed) before the submissions.
The default Email body format is HTML. A text format can be chosen.
It is possible to delay the sending up to 24 hours for SMS, MMS and Emails.
Automatic resending are possible each 24 hours for SMS, MMS and Email.
It is possible to have one only simultaneous active job for MMS and Emails with attachments,
